    Incomes of increased by nearly 73% in the first quarter of 2010

  a leading Polish postal group and independent financial operator has reached a joint revenue of 42.19 million PLN which, compared to the same period of the previous year (24.41 million PLN), means an increase of almost 73%. The net profit amounts to 3.84 million PLN and is 32.4% higher than in the first quarter of the year 2009. Net profitability reached 9.1% and consolidated EBITDA amounted to 7.42 million PLN with the dynamics of 112.5% in the considered period.


    Between January and March of 2010, Group continued to increase the geographic range of its operations, as well as to develop the service portfolio. There have been considerable expenses connected with:


    • The development of Paczkomaty 24/7 network – installing additional machines throughout the country, marketing, continuous research & development.
    • Implementation of e-invoicing outsourcing project
    • Preparations to implement the direct mailing, based on GSM technologies.


    Moreover, the Group continues the efforts to launch mobile payments and hybrid mail in the second quarter of 2010.

We also assume that the strong competitiveness of the Group's companies will ensure their position, and the new projects that are being introduced will enhance our development and financial results.'


    The Group’s achievements for the first quarter of 2010:


    • A contract with a telecom operator in the field of receiving, transport and delivery of parcels within the country. The estimated value of the contract amounts to about 60 million PLN within a 5-year period.
    • Conclusion of an important contract in the field of delivery and installation of Paczkomaty 24/7 automated parcel machines used for posting and collecting parcels (InPost).
    • The continuation of the efforts to introduce new services: hybrid mail, mobile payments and the outsourcing of e-invoices, which are scheduled to be launched in 2010 (Capital Group).
    • Operations which are intended to lead the Group into new markets connected to direct marketing, which is based on GSM technologies (
    • An increase in shares of Nordea OFE (Open-end Pension Fund), from 4.56% to 5.31% in nominal capital and general number of voices of Group.
    • Launching Paczkomaty 24/7 in Silesian voivodeship.
    • Marketing campaigns of Paczkomaty 24/7 in cooperation with project's key partners: and (Valentine's Day, Women's day and birthday).
    • Launch of the new posting service via Paczkomaty 24/7
    • As a continuation of re-branding actions, a launch of corporate website: and company’s website


    The strategic aims for Group’s development for 2010 are:


    • To increase the range of operations
    • An increase of postal and delivery market shares to 12% and an increase of letters delivered from 9 million in December 2009 to 19 million per month until the end of the year 2010.
    • to systematically build the leading position in the e-commerce sector
    • To provide Paczkomaty 24/7 service with use of 450 machines in Poland


    Rafał Brzoska adds: ‘The sources of Group’s success are systematic investments into modern solutions, which until now have not been available on the polish postal and delivery, and marketing materials distribution markets. The bold business strategy accounts for the good reception and large interest of both the private and corporate customers in the novelties and non-standard services introduced by the Group’s companies. It also leads to improvement of financial results.’

  Group is prepared to finance the ongoing investment activity. The systematic cooperation with the key clients of InPost is a safeguard of incomes and growing profits. Moreover, the sources for financing projects which are realized in 2010 are diversified by the Group, and among others include the EU subsidies. The EU subsidies, levelled at around 55 million PLN for the years 2008-2009, are almost three times higher than the subsidies obtained from the public offerings. Integer also facilitates its finances by issuing debentures.


    Paczkomaty 24/7 service is also co-financed by the EU subsidies. In the years 2008-2009, Group has contracted a subsidy of 40 million PLN for Paczkomaty 24/7 service. By the end of 2011, the Group plans on spending 150 million PLN for further development.
