Integer.pl Group – ca. PLN 222m (EUR53m) from the private placement
All offered shares were sold to Polish and international investors
Integer.pl Group, the operator of the biggest parcel locker network in the world, is informing about the successful completion of the private placement directed at Polish and foreign qualified investors. As a result of the placement, the Company shall raise approximately PLN 222m (EUR53m) in new capital. The funds are to be used for expansion of the InPost parcel lockers network in Europe, Asia and North America.
As a means of facilitating the transaction, Integer.pl Group’s largest shareholder – A&R Investments Ltd. (“A&R”) offered 888.862 shares in a private placement carried out in Poland and addressed to fewer than 150 selected institutional investors. The transaction was placed through an accelerated book building process among several dozens of eligible investors (predominantly from outside of Poland). Demand exceeded the total transaction size. The entirety of the proceeds from the placement after it is settled shall be used for a capital increase at the Integer.pl Group through a subscription by A&R for 888.862 series L new ordinary shares issued by Integer.pl, as stated in the Group’s current reports.

We have more than 800 machines in UK – they will be also installed in the London underground and we have started the launch on the Italian market in cooperation with such key partners as Banzai – the biggest e-commerce platform as well as TNT Italia; in addition we have finalized the agreement for implementing and exploitation of InPost parcel lockers in Hong Kong. Additional countries on almost each continent are at the advanced stage of partnership negotiations. Finalizing the next phase of fundrising was pivotal to further boost our international expansion”, said Rafał Brzoska, CEO of the Integer.pl Group.
InPost parcel lockers have revolutionized the world’s postal and courier market during the course of the last few years, with over 95% of parcels delivered within the first 24 hours. These innovative terminals are already available in 20 countries and 500 cities around the world - they have revolutionized, aside from Poland, also Saudi Arabia, Australia, Chile, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Estonia, Poland, Russia, Cyprus, Slovakia, Czech Republic as well as Columbia, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Guatemala. Currently, there are about 3,500 Parcel lockers using Inpost’s technology throughout the world. Acceptance level of the service by e-shoppers is amazingly high, with 98% willingness to reuse and 94% willingness to recommend.
Integer.pl Group, in cooperation with the global private equity fund PineBridge Investments, intends to launch over 16,000 lockers across Europe in the coming 3 years.
Currently, the company is working to add extra 6,000 locations for the terminals. In the coming 3-4 years, InPost parcel lockers will appear in the Americas and in Asia.
