OVER PLN 335 MILLION IN SALES, OVER 6 MILLION PARCELS AND 181 MILLION LETTERS DELIVERED AND DYNAMIC DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATED PARCEL LOCKERS’ NETWORK IN THE FIRST HALF OF 2015
In the first two quarters of 2015 Integer.pl Group generated PLN 335.9 million in sales revenue, reaching PLN 26.5 million EBITDA and net profitattributable to parent company shareholders of PLN 11.1 million. In the second quarter the company has launched its courier services with very positive growth and prospects. The company continued its expansion of automated parcel lockers in Poland and internationally, having installed over 460 parcel terminals.
Revenues from sales in the period of January-June 2015 amounted to PLN 335.9 million, an increase by 23% on a year-to-year basis. In the first half of 2015 the company recorded 96% growth in serviced parcels in all channels as compared to the same period last year. In the letter business line the company expanded its services introducing new services dedicated mainly for e-commerce. The company continued its international expansion by installing new parcel lockers in its core markets such as: Poland, UK, France, Italy and Canada. The parcel lockers’ network in the first half of 2015 increased by 460 lockers. The company plans to deploy another 1 thousand lockers until the end of 2015.

In May 2015, InPost launched its courier service, the company is providing courier services for both individual and business customers. The company offers access to over 8,500 customer points through its InPost Customer Points and automated parcel lockers networks. InPost courier services include the delivery of parcels to addresses covering the whole country. The national service allows delivery either to a recipient's door or to a selected InPost parcel locker. Guaranteed next-day delivery and attractive pricing with the largest network of collection points make InPost the comprehensive ‘one-stop’ service. The company targets to reach 10% of the courier market segment in Poland by the end of 2017.
In the first half of 2015 InPost has delivered 181 million of letters including 41.6 million of registered letters which is 33% and 29% change year-to-year respectively. In its postal business line InPost has launched a new service called ‘E-commerce Polecony InPost’ to provide e-commerce with a door-to-door delivery service that is both quick and affordable. The service is dedicated to business customers. The service not only guarantees delivery within 3 working days, but also provides delivery confirmation and free returns for undelivered items. The service provides track&trace of every parcel, via Parcel Manager for the sender and via the website for the addressee.
In June 2015, InPost and PGP (subsidiary of InPost) have implemented Electronic Confirmation of Acceptance (ECA), which is now available for all the courts and clients serviced by InPost. The solution automates mailing process and improves margin on this service. ECA is an ICT solution to replace the existing paper confirmation of letter receipt. Using this solution the recipient acknowledges delivery by signing an electronic terminal that notifies the sender of receipt in real time.
